Initial Assessment
60–90 minute deep-dive into your symptoms, labs, history, and goals. We identify root causes and build your personalized plan.
Ongoing Sessions
Regular follow-ups to track progress, adjust the plan, and support you through each phase. Sessions are 30–45 minutes via secure video.
Insurance & Billing
In-network with Aetna and BCBS. Check your eligibility before your first session.
