Initial Session
(90 minutes)
My ideal client would be someone who wants to start with food as medicine, excited about an individualized diet plan/guidance, and open to lifestyle changes.
He/She/They will want to start with diet and work on gut health as the foundation and understand that this is a process and not a quick fix.
Follow Up Sessions
(60 minutes)
$165 / 60 min
Follow up session are typically ~60 minutes (anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes).
At follow up sessions, we’ll go over assessments, recommendations and tracking of diet, exercise, lab markers or anything else that have been recommended.
Follow ups are important for continued care. I will guide you and give you encouragement – you don’t have to do this alone.
I collect payment at each session.
I also accept private health insurance – please inquire.
Follow up sessions are a time to go over your progress, to talk about your challenges, and to continue to track data and go over what is moving the needle and what isn’t, and what your next steps are.
Follow up sessions are great to reassure you that this is a process and not a quick fix.
3 month Continued Investment
(bi-weekly follow ups)
$665 / ~60 min each session (2 sessions per month x 3 consecutive months)

A 3 month Continued Investment will meet your needs if you want consistent biweekly continued comprehensive care and support.
