Which Diet is Best for You?
Get your diet assessed to see how you are currently doing and what worked or didn’t work in the past and figure out why. Get a personalized nutrition plan to guide you to what you should eat, how much and when so you can reach your health goals whether your goal is to lose weight, become more metabolically healthy, or to prevent or stop the progression of a chronic disease such as diabetes, fatty liver, or cancer, you need a personalized nutrition plan as your foundation for health and longevity.
Feel Better
Getting a personalized nutrition plan and optimizing your diet will not be worth very much if you are having digestive issues. If you are burping excessively, feeling bloated and gassy, feeling like food is just “sitting” there, having constipation or diarrhea, for example, then the chances of you digesting food properly to nourish your body is not very good. If you were already diagnosed with SIBO, GERD, acid reflux, gastritis, dyspepsia, IBS or IBD, then you will need support with not just your diet, but ensuring that you are digesting and absorbing well. Getting some testing to look into your digestion and gut health could be of value to you.
Be Healthy. Food First
Getting diagnosed with a chronic disease such as diabetes, hypertension, fatty liver, hypothyroid, IBS, SIBO, cardiovascular or metabolic disease, and cancer can be scary but if you examine and improve the foundation of your health, diet and lifestyle, then your health improves. Chronic disease did not just happen overnight. It typically started years or even decades ago with poor eating habits, lack of sleep, and stress. Go to my chronic disease page to learn more and what you can do about it. If you are Asian, then read my blog about Asian body type and diet to learn what unhealthy health trends is related to the rising diagnosis of diabetes in Asians.
Be Healthy. Food First
Autoimmune disease such as Hashimoto’s, Parkinson’s, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Alopecia, Multiple Sclerosis, etc, like most chronic diseases, did not just happen overnight. It took years or decades of suboptimal diet and lifestyle conditions, but there also might be a genetic component and damage to your gut lining and triggering your immune system. Your diet is going to play an essential role in calming your immune system. With autoimmune disease, what you eat and what you don’t eat are equally important. Go to my Autoimmune Page to learn more and what you can do now.
